My Project

I had the concept of setting up a group shot similar to this. I posted a casting call and put together the models that I thought would suit it best, and we had a photographer that was visiting from Boise do the shoot. It was an absolute blast! And, the pictures turned out great!

I think that one of my favorite parts about modeling is doing projects like this, setting up all of the creative elements. I look forward to doing more like this.

Second Time's A Charm

This was the second time Doug and I worked together. We started the shoot in the wheat field to get the perfect shot Doug was looking for, and then moved to his studio. The joke was that we were going to shoot the perfect CK Ad, and it even fooled a couple people. After we moved into the studio, we were getting into the groove of things, when the D300 was accidently dropped...Talk about an intense moment. It still works, though. Miracles. :]

This is the first time Doug and I ever shot together, and it was the beginning of a great photographer-model relationship. We went into the shoot with the idea of making art, and we came away with several great shots. I love the starkness of the black against the white of the location...Great pictures. :]
